Sales Policy/Terms and Conditions
I reserve the right to change my policy and/or prices at any time. Feel free to email me or call me at (540) 248-4744 if you have questions or comments about the conditions below.
Sales Policy: I will do my best to make sure all bunnies are healthy and represented honestly. Prices are based on my opionion and are subject to change at my discretion. Rare colors may be a higher price. Discounts can be arranged for multiple purchases. All of my rabbits will come with a 3rd generation pedigree unless otherwise noted.
Prices: My rabbitry is a loved hobby. I am not "in business" to sell rabbits but instead to share the love of these furry friends. I only hope to recoup some of the time, effort and money it takes to maintain a healthy, happy herd. Please do not ask me to lower the price of my bunnies. I feel these are fair and reasonable fees for healthy bunnies. I am however, willing to offer discounts for multiple purchases.
SHIPPING: I do not ship bunnies. You can pick up your bunny at our rabbitry or I will meet you somewhere close for an additional fee to cover my gas expense. We are located approximately 17 miles South of Harrisonburg, VA and 40 miles West of Charlottesville, VA.
GUARANTEES: I do not guarantee my bunnies after they leave my rabbitry. However, I do not sell bunnies until they are fully weaned, eating rabbit pellets / hay and I am confident they can survive on their own. Some bunnies do not adjust well to their new homes and refuse to eat or drink and loose weight. This is rare but it does happen. It is your responsibility to watch your bunny closely during the first 48 hours. If you feel your bunny is not adjusting, feel free to email me or call 540-248-4744 with any questions or concerns. I will be happy to help you. If you decide you do not want your bunny I can take him/her back but I cannot refund the purchase price. Please do not release your bunny into the wild as they cannot survive on their own.
*SOLD PENDING PICK UP / DELIVERY: There will be times when I arrange a delivery/pickup with a buyer. This bunny will have the *sale pending in it's description on the for sale page. If for some reason the sale falls through, he/she will be available again. DEPOSITS: I will, accept a 50% deposit on bunnies who are not old enough to leave Mom yet or pending pickup /delivery. *Deposits will only be refunded if bunny dies (this does happen sometimes for unknown reasons - these bunnies are called ~faders~). Deposits are non refundable unless I terminate the sale.
